Meet our leadership
Farm Credit Bank of Texas is governed by a seven-member board of directors, with expertise across finance, farming & agriculture, and business. Our board members and leaders are stewards of the Farm Credit mission — representing the people and associations we serve.
James F. “Jimmy” Dodson
Chair
Jimmy Dodson was elected chair of the board of directors in January 2012. A member of the board since 2003, he was vice chair from January 2009 through December 2011. He is one of the board’s financial experts on the bank’s audit committee, and serves on the bank’s compensation committee.
Dodson grows cotton, corn and milo near Robstown, Texas. He is a founding member of Cotton LEADS, and serves on the boards of the Texas Agricultural Cooperative Council and Gulf Coast Cooperative. He also is a member of the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation board of directors and past chair of the national Farm Credit Council board of directors. In addition, Dodson is past chair of the National Cotton Council of America, the American Cotton Producers and the Cotton Foundation. He formerly served on the boards of Cotton Incorporated and FCC Services.
He is a past chair of the Texas AgFinance, FCS board of directors and a former member of the Texas Farm Credit District Stockholders Advisory Committee.
Linda C. Floerke
Vice Chair
Linda C. Floerke joined the board of directors in 2017 and was elected vice chair in January 2021. She serves on the bank’s audit and compensation committees.
Floerke and her husband raise cattle and hay in Lampasas County, Texas. They are also co-owners of Agro-Tech Services Inc., where she is secretary/treasurer. The company provides liquid fertilizer, crop chemicals, custom application, cattle protein supplements, and other products and services to area farmers and ranchers. In addition, Floerke serves on the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Leadership Advisory Board for Lampasas County and is a member of the Texas Agricultural Cooperative Council board.
She is a former director or trustee of numerous organizations, including two district school boards and the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, and is a past president of the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce. Floerke was a director of Lone Star Ag Credit from 2014 to 2016 and Texas Land Bank from 2012 to 2014.
Dennis Anthony
Director
Dennis Anthony joined the board of directors in 2023. He serves on the bank’s audit and compensation committees.
A resident of Friona, Texas, Anthony owns and operates Anthony Farm & Cattle, which produces stocker cattle, milo, wheat and corn in Parmer and Deaf Smith counties. He serves on the boards of the Parmer County Hospital District and Parmer Medical Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas Tech University.
Anthony was board chair of AgTexas Farm Credit Services from 2015 to 2022 and Great Plains Ag Credit from 2009 to 2014. He is also past chair of the Texas District Stockholders Advisory Committee.
Dr. Larry Boleman
Director
Dr. Larry Boleman joined the board of directors in 2021. He is vice chair of the bank’s audit committee, and serves on the bank’s compensation committee. Previously, Boleman was a Capital Farm Credit board member for eight years and chair of Capital’s governance committee.
Boleman and his wife operate Boleman Cattle Company, a cow-calf business with operations in Brazos and Burnet counties. A resident of College Station, Texas, he retired from the Texas A&M System in 2018 as professor and associate vice chancellor emeritus. His lifelong university career involved teaching, executive administration and extension work with ranchers, farmers and rural youth. As a state beef cattle specialist, he founded and chaired Texas A&M’s popular Beef Cattle Short Course.
He is past president of the Texas Purebred Cattle Alliance and a former member of the Independent Cattlemen’s Association and the Texas Beef Council boards. He currently is the superintendent of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo 4-H and FFA Livestock Judging Contest.
Boleman earned his bachelor’s degree and later his doctorate in beef cattle nutrition from Texas A&M University.
John L. “Jack” Dailey
Director
Jack Dailey joined the board of directors in 2019. He chairs the bank’s compensation committee, and serves on the bank’s audit committee.
A resident of Extension, Louisiana, Dailey is an owner and operator of Boeuf Prairie Farm, which produces cotton, corn, soybeans and beef cattle. In addition, he is a manager and the treasurer of Franklin Farmers Alliance LLC, a farmer-owned agricultural retail store.
Dailey chairs the Louisiana Boll Weevil Eradication Commission and the Franklin Parish Fire Protection District 2, and is treasurer of the Franklin Parish Farm Bureau. He also serves on the board of the national Farm Credit Council, the executive committee of the Louisiana Cotton and Grain Association and the water management task force of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources. Previously, Dailey was vice chair of the Louisiana Land Bank Board of Directors, where he chaired the governance committee.
M. Philip Guthrie
Board-appointed Director
M. Philip Guthrie was appointed to the board in 2015. He is chair of the bank’s audit committee and serves on the bank’s compensation committee.
He is chief executive officer of Denham Partners LLC, a Dallas-based private investment firm, and board chair of Africa Specialty Risks, a reinsurance company in London, England. He also served as a director for Neuro Resources Group, a medical devices firm. Early in his career, he was chief financial officer of Southwest Airlines, and later served as chief financial officer of Braniff International during that airline’s reorganization. He also was the managing director of Mason Best Co., a Dallas-based investment firm, for 10 years. He has served as chair, director or chief executive officer of several private and public financial service companies, both in banking and insurance.
A Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Guthrie is audit committee–qualified under the guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Guthrie is a stockholder of his family-managed 125-year-old livestock and crop operation in northern Louisiana.
Dorothy Nichols
Board-appointed Director
Dorothy Nichols was appointed to the board in May 2019. She is vice chair of the bank’s compensation committee, and serves on the bank’s audit committee.
Nichols spent 30 years as a top executive at federal financial regulators and insurers. She had a 23-year career with the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation (FCSIC), the government insurer for System debt obligations. She joined the FCSIC in 1995 as its first in-house general counsel, and from 2006 to 2018 she served as its chief operating officer. Previously, Nichols was the first chief operating officer of the Farm Credit Administration, the independent federal agency that regulates and examines Farm Credit institutions and related entities.
Prior to that, Nichols was an associate general counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She began her government career in 1982 as a trial attorney with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland and a doctorate in law from George Washington University.
Amie Pala
Chief Executive Officer
Amie Pala was named chief executive officer for Farm Credit Bank of Texas in January 2021.
Previously she served as the bank’s chief financial officer for 10 years, following 15 years as vice president and treasurer.
Pala serves on the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation board of directors and governance committee. She also is vice chair of the Farm Credit System Presidents Planning Committee, and serves on its business practices and finance committees.
Before joining the bank, she worked for American Express and First City National Bank.
Pala holds a degree in finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Dallas. She is also a certified international cash manager (CERT-ICM) with the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Brandon Blaut
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Brandon Blaut is the chief operating officer of Farm Credit Bank of Texas. Previously, he was the bank’s chief financial officer for three years.
He is responsible for the bank’s business operations and works closely with the chief information officer on the innovation and strategic delivery of the technology products that serve the bank’s five-state district.
Blaut has worked in the banking sector for more than 25 years and the Farm Credit System since 2006. Prior to joining Farm Credit Bank of Texas in 2015 as vice president of loan operations, he was chief financial officer and later chief credit officer for Great Plains Ag Credit, now AgTexas Farm Credit Services. He began his career as a commercial lender with Amarillo National Bank.
Blaut received his BBA in finance from West Texas A&M University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Scott L. Erlichman
Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Scott L. Erlichman oversees the bank’s core technology activities and business systems. This includes computing and connectivity services, information security, IT compliance and disaster recovery planning. He also ensures the bank and its affiliated lending cooperatives have efficient systems for credit delivery and compliance, including FarmView, an integrated suite of technology products for managing the full lending relationship.
Erlichman has worked in the technology field since 1988, including more than 25 years at financial services companies. Before joining the bank in September 2021, he was chief technology officer at Hancock Whitney Bank. Previously, he held management positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Fleet Credit Card Services.
Erlichman holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information sciences from Stockton State College, now Stockton University. He also is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and the Finance for Technology Executives program at the Wharton School of Business.
Ameez Nanjee
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ameez Nanjee was named executive vice president, chief financial officer for Farm Credit Bank of Texas in September 2025, with responsibilities including Treasury, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Loan Operations, and Cash Management Services.
Nanjee has worked in financial management and capital markets for more than 20 years. Before joining the bank, he was Treasurer at Freddie Mac, where he led key functions including capital investments, asset and liability management, debt issuance and funding strategies, liquidity management, and structured financing. He also oversaw major initiatives such as the LIBOR transition and the Dodd-Frank clearing mandate.
Nanjee holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Thomas Ringler
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Risk
Thomas Ringler was named executive vice president, enterprise risk, for Farm Credit Bank of Texas in January 2023. He is responsible for SOX Compliance, model risk management, business continuity planning, and coordinating SOC 2 activities with the IT compliance team.
He joined the bank in 2017 and most recently was vice president of FarmView relationship management and internal controls compliance.
Before joining the bank, Ringler was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Texas and Virginia, most recently as a risk assurance director in Austin.
Ringler holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting with a concentration in information systems from North Carolina State University, and CPA and CISA certifications.
Nisha Rocap
Executive Vice President, Chief Audit Executive
Nisha Rocap is the bank’s chief audit executive, who oversees the activities of the internal audit department and the credit review function for the Farm Credit Bank of Texas.
In her current position, Rocap is responsible for assessing level of risk in bank activities to ensure sufficient audit coverage, and works closely with the bank’s audit committee. Her department facilitates the Farm Credit Administration’s examination process and works with external auditors. She also serves on the Farm Credit Captive Insurance Board.
Rocap is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor. Prior to joining the bank, she spent 16 years in public accounting. She was most recently a risk assurance director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Austin. She began her career at Arthur Andersen.
Rocap holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in accounting, with a minor in management information systems.
Ryan Schuberth
Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Ryan Schuberth was named executive vice president and chief credit officer of Farm Credit Bank of Texas in January 2025. He leads the bank’s credit division and is responsible for overseeing the bank’s credit analysis function, monitoring credit risk related to the bank’s loan portfolio and managing the bank’s credit operations. He also coordinates credit-related activities for the Texas Farm Credit District and represents the bank on the Farm Credit System Risk Work Group. Previously, he was senior vice president and chief credit risk officer.
Prior to joining the bank in 2015 as its portfolio risk and analytics manager, Schuberth was the managing director of core credit at ArborOne Farm Credit in Florence, South Carolina.
Schuberth holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Clemson University.
Nanci Tucker
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Nanci Tucker is the bank’s chief administrative officer and general counsel with responsibilities for Legal, Government Affairs, Human Resources, Corporate Events and Administrative Services. She serves as the bank’s corporate secretary, is a member of the bank’s executive committee, chairs the bank’s election committee and serves as secretary of the Tenth District Farm Credit Council.
Tucker joined the bank in 2018 with 25 years of experience leading legal departments for regional banks, financial institutions and global technology companies. As an attorney and executive business leader, she managed business growth initiatives, regulatory compliance, complex contract negotiations and the acquisition, licensing and sale of technology services.
Tucker holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Houston Law Center.
Aaron Wiechman
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Aaron Wiechman was named executive vice president and chief lending officer of Farm Credit Bank of Texas in January 2025. He leads the bank’s lending division, managing the capital markets lending team along with the bank’s relationship managers. Wiechman’s lending operations group is responsible for managing the direct note relationship with associations and providing lending support to associations on sourcing loan relationships. Previously, he was appointed senior vice president and chief lending officer in 2023 and has been with the bank since 2013. Prior positions include vice president and regional manager, and vice president, agribusiness lending.
Before joining the bank as a senior credit officer, Wiechman was vice president, commercial banking, with Enterprise Bank and Trust. He started his career at M&I Bank, now BMO, in retail, international and corporate banking.
Wiechman earned his Master of Business Administration from Baker University and his bachelor’s degrees in international business and Spanish from Friends University. Wiechman serves on the steering committee of the Farm Credit Rural Investment and Innovation Workgroup and the board of the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority.
