Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT) is accepting nominations for two board of director positions representing the West Region (Texas and the majority of New Mexico), Positions 3 and 4.
The names of eligible nominees may be submitted by any stockholder of an association holding voting stock in the bank. Individuals who hold such voting stock may also submit their names for consideration.
The Nominating Committee will review and evaluate the qualifications of all individuals whose names are properly submitted for consideration.
Individuals considering nomination are required to complete a Candidate Disclosure and Qualification Statement Form and return it to the Nominating Committee through the FCBT Election Committee in accordance with the instructions provided below.
