Loan Data Administrator August 17, 2020

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience and three (3) to four (4) or more years of experience in the area of data management in support of loan portfolios, loan origination, and loan servicing reporting.

Job Purpose and Scope

Responsible for working with I.T. staff in maintaining data systems related to loan origination and servicing, and for design and execution of report request for various members of senior management. Assists with design and deployment of tools used in loan underwriting, data quality management and risk assessment. Processes and assembles statistical data for use in the association’s internal review process and/or board/management reporting.

Essential Functions

  1. Manages association databases related to new loan originations and loan servicing.
  2. Designs and prepares reports relative to portfolio segmentations/risks, loan originations, loan officer performance, as well as others for senior management.
  3. Designs and maintains models used in risk rating systems.
  4. Assists with implementation of collection strategies and related borrower notifications as required.
  5. Assists with processing advanced loan collection actions, including foreclosure and restructuring as required.
