Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. At least one (1) to three (3) or more years of experience in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of large, complex credit relationships, including knowledge of underwriting and servicing of large agribusiness or commercial relationships that can be either originated credits or participation interests.
Assists in the underwriting analysis, servicing and reporting of the Association’s loan portfolio. Assignments are complex and some latitude for decision making is given. Must complete work under strict deadlines with a high level of independence.
General knowledge of accounting terms and financial statements. Specialized knowledge of accounting/finance/credit principles is a plus. Skill in oral and written communication. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform intermediate-level accounting and financial analysis under moderate supervision.
