Education Requirement

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Job Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of professional experience in banking or related agricultural lending or administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good standing in current and/or previous employment (required).
  • Strong work ethic that supports a willingness to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Functions

  • Monitors loan delinquencies and coordinates appropriate collection actions based upon perceived risk, financial condition, and performance record of the borrower.
  • Processes advanced collection actions, including foreclosures.
  • Serves as a resource for staff and attorneys on bankruptcy cases.
  • Provides support for lending functions.

Preferred Skills

  • General knowledge of accounting/financial systems.
  • Specialized knowledge of accounting/finance principles.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
