Company Profile: The Land Bank of North Mississippi is headquartered in Senatobia, MS. It serves the northern 32 counties of Mississippi with seven full-time branch offices and Tupelo is one of the existing seven. The association has a very diversified portfolio and lending territory. There are currently over 2,700 loans outstanding for over $380M in loan volume. The Tupelo branch serves four counties in the northeastern part of the state and has extensive new business potential.

Requirements: Degree in agricultural finance, agricultural economics, accounting, business administration or other related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and/or lending. Agricultural and real estate credit analysis/lending preferred. Must have excellent people skills and outgoing personality. Have proficient written communication skills as well as computer applications including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities: Perform credit analysis and make credit decisions. Work with branch staff and administrative credit staff in developing and delivering sound credit decisions on all types of loans offered by the association. Conduct real estate appraisals and approve loans within delegated territory. This person is responsible for aggressively marketing in the branch territory and developing and maintaining customer relations.
