Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field, with experience in corporate credit analysis or corporate finance desired. Requires an understanding of the fundamentals of, financial analysis and accounting standards, including financial statement analysis, forecasting, cash flow and collateral analysis; Excellent computer, interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills are required. This position will require time management skills with travel up to 15 percent. A high level of independence is expected.

Essential Functions: This position will assist Capital Markets loan officers in the analysis, servicing, reporting, monitoring, and due diligence reviews of the bank’s loan participation portfolio; will assist other department personnel in the development and closing of complex loans; will also develop industry analysis and peer group comparisons, portfolio analysis and work on other special projects as assigned.
