Farm Credit Bank of Texas is currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the new business systems process for both new and existing business systems for the Bank and the 10th Farm Credit District.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience; plus three (3) years experience analyzing, designing and estimating medium to large-scale projects in a business systems environment. This position involves coordination with other departments, business partners, and outside vendors in order to provide customer support. Experience is a financial or banking environment is preferred.

Job Summary : The incumbent in this position will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing and documenting, business requirements and testing the resulting business systems delivered from the software development. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with business system owners and technical resources, handle multiple concurrent tasks and learn new business systems quickly. Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, analytical skills, problem solving and project skills are essential. There may be infrequent travel.
