General Overview

This is a unique opportunity to manage a branch office located in one of the most productive, diverse, and rapidly expanding agricultural regions in the state of Texas.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Ag Economics or equivalent work experience. 5 or more years of experience as an Agricultural Loan Officer is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal relations, leadership, strategic planning, public relations, communication, and management skills are required. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and structure loan proposals is also required.
Job Purpose and Scope
Responsible for the leadership, management, and business development of the Uvalde branch office. Establishes business relationships with agricultural producers, business leaders, and rural land owners in the community and cultivates these relationships to expand lending opportunities. Promotes the association by actively participating in community, agricultural, agribusiness and professional organizations. Makes and services new and existing loans.
