As a cooperative, the Farm Credit Bank of Texas is governed by a board of directors that represents the interests of our customer-stockholders. Five directors are Farm Credit stockholders themselves, elected by their fellow Farm Credit borrowers. They elect the sixth director, who is not a Farm Credit customer. The bank's day-to-day operations are managed by a highly experienced leadership team.
